Summary:
As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that application development aligns with business objectives, facilitating discussions to gather requirements, and overseeing the implementation of solutions that meet user needs. You will also be responsible for mentoring team members and providing guidance on best practices in application development, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within scope. Will play solution architect role on Kinaxis implementation projects. Engage with client stakeholders to understand requirements, carry out fit-gap analysis, design and document solution and guide configuration team to implement the solution. Drive conversations with client business stakeholders. Work with development functions- business lines- product teams and technology stakeholders to derive the technology future state and roadmaps. Drive designs that balance business efficiency- system performance- security and compliance whilst conforming to architectural and security standards

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience.
- Should have influencing and advisory skills.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in application development.
- Strong design and software configuration skills and good command over data models.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Kinaxis.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with supply chain management systems.
- Strong understanding of application design and architecture principles.
- Experience in project management methodologies and tools.
- Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
- Rapid Response Solution Consultant, Solution Architect certification will be a plus

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Kinaxis.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
- Open to travel - short / long term
