Summary:
As an Application Lead, a typical day involves managing the administration of Microsoft SharePoint Online, overseeing the design and development of SharePoint solutions, and ensuring their smooth integration with Active Directory. The role includes providing ongoing technical guidance and support to various project teams, coordinating efforts to maintain project momentum, and addressing challenges that arise during the implementation lifecycle. This position requires balancing strategic oversight with hands-on involvement to ensure that solutions meet organizational needs and operate efficiently within the broader technology environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the planning and execution of SharePoint Online administration activities to ensure system reliability and performance.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and stakeholders to align project goals and deliverables.
- Mentor junior team members by offering guidance and support to foster their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Automated Testing, Selenium.
- Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks and tools to enhance testing efficiency and accuracy.
- Experience in designing and executing automated test scripts to validate software functionality and performance.
- Ability to analyze test results and collaborate with development teams to resolve defects and improve quality.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment processes to support automated testing workflows.
- Understanding of software development life cycle and quality assurance best practices.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Automated Testing.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
