Summary:
As an Application Lead, your day revolves around spearheading the design, development, and configuration of applications. You serve as the central liaison for all application-related activities, coordinating efforts across teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery. Your role involves overseeing project progress, addressing challenges proactively, and facilitating communication among stakeholders to maintain alignment with project goals. You continuously monitor application performance and guide enhancements to meet evolving business needs, ensuring that solutions are robust and scalable within the operational environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure application requirements are clearly understood and implemented effectively.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to foster professional growth.
- Monitor application lifecycle processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather feedback and incorporate changes that align with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure DevOps.
- Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines within cloud environments.
- Strong understanding of version control systems and release management.
- Ability to automate workflows and manage infrastructure as code.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools and performance optimization techniques.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Azure DevOps.
- This position is based at our CDC2A - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
