Summary:
As an Application Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the administration and management of Microsoft SharePoint Online environments. This role includes coordinating the design, development, and deployment of SharePoint solutions that align with organizational needs. The Application Lead ensures smooth integration with existing systems and provides ongoing support and guidance to project teams. Collaboration across multiple teams is a key aspect, as is monitoring the progress of implementations to maintain quality and efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the planning and execution of SharePoint Online projects to meet business requirements.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in .Net Full Stack Development, AWS Administration.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with AWS Administration.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint Online architecture and administration.
- Experience integrating SharePoint solutions with Active Directory and other enterprise systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to SharePoint environments.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Competence in providing technical leadership and mentoring within a development team.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in .Net Full Stack Development.
- This position is based at our HDC4 - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
