Summary:
As an Application Developer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications that align with business processes and meet specific application requirements. This role requires a thoughtful approach to understanding the needs of the organization and translating them into functional software solutions. The workday often includes collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the applications support operational goals effectively, while continuously refining and enhancing the system to adapt to evolving business demands. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering reliable and efficient applications are central to daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving application issues to maintain system stability and performance.
- Document application configurations and changes to ensure clear communication and knowledge sharing.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Siebel Configuration.
- Experience with Siebel tools and components to customize and extend application functionality.
- Ability to analyze and translate business requirements into technical specifications within the Siebel environment.
- Familiarity with application lifecycle management and version control processes.
- Strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve configuration-related challenges.
- Understanding of integration concepts and experience working with web services and APIs in Siebel applications.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle Siebel Configuration.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
