Summary: As an Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements using TIBCO Managed File Transfer (MFT). Your typical day will involve working with the TIBCO MFT platform, developing and testing applications, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and test TIBCO MFT applications to meet business process and application requirements. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery, including working with business analysts, project managers, and quality assurance teams. - Provide technical expertise in TIBCO MFT, including troubleshooting and issue resolution. - Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, test plans, and user manuals. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in TIBCO MFT and related technologies, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in TIBCO Managed File Transfer (MFT). - Good To Have Skills: Experience with related technologies such as TIBCO BusinessWorks, TIBCO EMS, and TIBCO ActiveSpaces. - Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall. - Experience with Java, J2EE, and web services. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in TIBCO Managed File Transfer (MFT). - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions using TIBCO MFT. - This position is based at our Pune office.
