Summary: As an Application Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for driving the automation of Delivery Analytics at the client level using your DevOps skills. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, designing and implementing automation solutions, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the delivery process. Roles & Responsibilities: - Design and implement automation solutions using DevOps tools and technologies like Jenkins, Ansible, and Docker. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and implement solutions to improve the delivery process. - Ensure the smooth functioning of the delivery process by monitoring and troubleshooting issues related to automation. - Develop and maintain documentation related to automation processes and procedures. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in DevOps tools and technologies and integrate innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Experience with DevOps tools and technologies like Jenkins, Ansible, and Docker. - Must To Have Skills: Strong understanding of Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform. - Good To Have Skills: Knowledge of scripting languages like Python, Bash, or PowerShell. - Good To Have Skills: Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices. - Solid grasp of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and software testing principles. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in DevOps. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, software engineering, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful automation solutions. - This position is based at our Chennai office.
