Job Description

O que você vai fazer no seu dia a dia:

• Conduzir transições de serviços de pequeno porte de ponta a ponta, desde o planejamento até a estabilização pós go-live

• Gerenciar entregáveis de Service Transition, atuando em frentes como PMO, People Enablement, Tecnologia e Knowledge Transfer

• Apoiar atividades de Due Diligence, governança e gestão de riscos, issues e dependências (RAID)

• Planejar e acompanhar staffing, contratações, treinamentos e iniciativas de change management

• Garantir readiness tecnológica e operacional, incluindo infraestrutura, acessos, aplicações e UAT

• Atuar como ponto focal de interação com clientes e times multifuncionais, locais e globais
