Project Role : AI / ML Engineer
Project Role Description : Develops applications and systems that utilize AI tools, Cloud AI services, with proper cloud or on-prem application pipeline with production ready quality. Be able to apply GenAI models as part of the solution. Could also include but not limited to deep learning, neural networks, chatbots, image processing.

Summary:
As an AI / ML Engineer, a typical day involves designing and building advanced applications and systems that leverage artificial intelligence technologies and cloud-based AI services. The role requires managing end-to-end application pipelines, ensuring solutions are production-ready and scalable. Daily activities may include integrating generative AI models into various projects, working on deep learning frameworks, developing neural network architectures, and implementing intelligent systems such as chatbots and image processing tools. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to align AI solutions with business needs and continuous refinement of models to enhance performance are also key aspects of the role.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Continuously monitor and optimize AI models and systems to maintain high performance and reliability.
- Document technical designs, processes, and best practices to support knowledge sharing within the team.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Machine Learning (ML).
- Experience with designing and deploying AI models in cloud environments and on-premises infrastructure.
- Strong understanding of generative AI models and their practical applications.
- Familiarity with deep learning techniques, neural networks, and related frameworks.
- Ability to develop and maintain production-quality AI pipelines and systems.
- Knowledge of chatbot development and image processing methodologies.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Machine Learning (ML).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
