Project Role : AI / ML Engineer
Project Role Description : Develops applications and systems that utilize AI tools, Cloud AI services, with proper cloud or on-prem application pipeline with production ready quality. Be able to apply GenAI models as part of the solution. Could also include but not limited to deep learning, neural networks, chatbots, image processing.

Summary:
As an AI / ML Engineer, a typical day involves designing and building advanced applications and systems that leverage artificial intelligence technologies and cloud services. The role requires integrating various AI models, including generative AI, into scalable and production-ready pipelines, whether deployed on cloud platforms or on-premises environments. Daily activities may include collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance system capabilities, optimizing performance, and ensuring the robustness of AI-driven solutions. The position also involves exploring innovative approaches such as deep learning, neural networks, chatbots, and image processing to address complex challenges and deliver impactful results.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and deployment of AI and machine learning models to meet project requirements.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to foster continuous learning and improvement.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives and project goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Science.
- Strong programming skills in languages commonly used in data science such as Python or R.
- Experience with cloud platforms and services that support AI and machine learning workflows.
- Familiarity with machine learning frameworks and libraries including TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar tools.
- Ability to preprocess and analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights and support model development.
- Understanding of model deployment strategies and maintaining production-level AI systems.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Data Science.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
