Project Role : AI / ML Engineer
Project Role Description : Develops applications and systems that utilize AI tools, Cloud AI services, with proper cloud or on-prem application pipeline with production ready quality. Be able to apply GenAI models as part of the solution. Could also include but not limited to deep learning, neural networks, chatbots, image processing.
Must have skills : Generative AI, Machine Learning (ML), Python Frameworks
Good to have skills : NA
Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required
Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education

Summary:
As an AI / ML Engineer, a typical day involves designing and building advanced applications and systems that leverage artificial intelligence technologies. This role requires integrating cloud-based AI services or on-premises solutions to create robust, production-ready pipelines. The engineer applies generative artificial intelligence models to enhance system capabilities, which may include working with deep learning architectures, neural networks, conversational agents, and image analysis tools. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless deployment and continuous improvement of AI-driven solutions is a key aspect of daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Continuously research and evaluate emerging AI technologies to enhance project outcomes.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on technical challenges.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Generative AI, Machine Learning (ML), Python Frameworks.
- Strong experience in developing and deploying AI models in cloud or on-premises environments.
- Familiarity with deep learning techniques and neural network architectures.
- Ability to design and implement scalable AI pipelines for production use.
- Experience with chatbot development and image processing applications.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Generative AI.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
