Senior Software Engineer (Frontend) - Sweden (Remote)

Please note, you must be already located in, or willing to relocate to Sweden for this position.

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer that has a strong focus on frontend development and leading projects from the front. You will work in an autonomous, purpose driven team and take an important role in shipping new features while continuously increasing efficiency, stability and scalability of the systems. You are expected to contribute with frontend development within your team but we also encourage everyone to understand and contribute to other parts of the stack. You will be working in a multi-disciplinary environment with agile principles.

• You have a deep and rich frontend experience, ideally with React.

• You have experience in leading frontend projects from start to finish

• You have a pragmatic mindset and can make trade-offs on what to optimise for and when to ship

• You are keen to mentor others in the technical aspects you are already an expert in and you value working in a diverse team with developers of all experience and backgrounds. You value other people’s input no matter their experience level.

• You have a growth mindset and you're not afraid to step outside your comfort zone to get the job done

• Most of our teams are hybrids with some members co-located in offices and some working remote. With a remote-first way of working we want you to feel productive regardless of work location!

• Where? For this role, it can be anywhere within Sweden

• Working hours? We want to avoid teams distributed over time-zones, so this team will operate within the CET time zone for collaboration. This setup allows us for more flexibility and work-life balance.
