Graphic Designer

Location: Remote, India

• 5-6 years of experience in Graphic Designer, with a significant focus on the e-learning industry.
• Design high-quality graphics, illustrations, layouts, and visual assets for eLearning courses and digital media.
• Interpret storyboards, scripts, and design briefs to produce accurate and engaging visuals.
• Ensure consistency with brand guidelines, design standards, and accessibility requirements.
• Collaborate with motion graphic designers and video editors to support animated and video-based content.
• Hands-on proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and other similar tools.
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
• Proficiency in e-learning development tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar.
• Experience designing for digital platforms, preferably in eLearning or training environments.
• Ability to translate instructional content into clear, learner-friendly visuals.
• Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate in a crossfunctional team.
• Proven knowledge of various Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Moodle, Blackboard, Canvas, etc.
