(Senior) Software Engineer - Supply Data Solutions (all genders)

Location: Hamburg, HH, de

Company Description

ABOUT YOU is one of Europe’s fastest growing e-commerce companies. Based in Hamburg and Berlin, we operate at the intersection of fashion and technology. Our mission is to rethink online shopping and make it personal and seamless. This takes more than good ideas. It takes people who take initiative and challenge the status quo. We believe in flat hierarchies, direct communication, and pragmatic decisions. No long approval chains. Just ownership, trust, and clear responsibility. We work hard, but we also believe in enjoying the ride together - over team lunches, afterwork drinks, company events, or a quick coffee in between meetings. If this sounds like you, ABOUT YOU could be the right place to bring in your perspective.

We are looking for a (Senior) Software Engineer to join our team to improve our infrastructure, data pipelines and translating business requirements into software solutions.

In Supply Data Solutions at ABOUT YOU, we provide data solutions to our internal business stakeholders. Whether it's a complex product or a simple process of pushing data to a shared folder, we want to ensure our deliverables are long-lived, scalable and reliable.

Our team is a mix of analytics engineers, data scientists and software engineers. You will work closely with all of them and use your engineering mindset to bring business questions into the tech world and deliver solutions. One of our main products is the Pricing Engine, which runs optimisation and forecasting models in production to set prices in our shop. We are in the early stages of redesigning it to integrate pricing for Outlet deals, and you would be part of shaping and building it.
