We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated PS Execution Incharge / Head - Mechanical - Shutdown / Turnaround to lead our mechanical shutdown and turnaround projects. Responsibilities

• Plan and Lead all mechanical shutdown and turnaround activities from initiation to completion.
• Lead and coordinate the execution team to ensure timely and safe project delivery.
• Develop detailed execution plans and schedules in alignment with project objectives.
• Monitor and control project progress, performance, and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards during all phases of the shutdown.
• Coordinate with other departments, contractors, and stakeholders for seamless execution.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with mechanical shutdown operations.
• Conduct post-shutdown reviews and implement lessons learned for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Proven 10+ experience in managing mechanical shutdowns and turnaround projects in the Oil & Energy industry. 3+ years as managerial experience / team leader experience
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams.
• In-depth knowledge of mechanical systems, maintenance practices, and safety protocols.
• Excellent planning, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with project management tools and techniques.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with various stakeholders.
