Role Purpose

We are seeking a highly strategic and commercially driven Senior Product Manager who will lead category strategy, brand planning, and execution excellence to accelerate business growth and patient impact.

What You'll Do

• Translate market opportunities, customer insights, and competitive dynamics into actionable strategic plans,
• Own the overall development and execution of the marketing plan for the brands, ensuring they reflect local insights and requirements,
• Anticipate challenges and risks and plan to use proactive contingency and scenario planning,
• Lead pre-launch, launch, and post-launch activities for new products, indications, and strategic initiatives,
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), scientific societies, professional associations, and external stakeholders,
• Lead and influence cross-functional teams including Medical, Market Access, Regulatory, Commercial Excellence, Sales, and Supply Chain,
• Leverage complex data reports to extract relevant info to strategically improve brand and/or category performance,
• Find innovative sources of understanding, including market research, digital listening, trend tracking ....,
• Manage agency partners and be able to communicate and write effective briefs to reflect brand needs and objectives,
• Own forecasting, budget management, ROI evaluation, and business reviews,
• Drive brand performance through data-driven decision making and robust performance tracking.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare industry, with a proven track record in product/brand management,
• Prior experience in Specialty Care or other specialized therapeutic areas (e.g., oncology, allergy, neurology, gastroenterology, surgery) would be an added advantage,
• Experienced in development of brand strategy,
• Experience in launching a brand for the sales team, executive committee
• Excellent command of English,
• Strong HCP, key opinion leader & association engagement.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without authority.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in new product launches and/or lifecycle management
• Strong communication skills with internal & external customers & regional team,
• Good presentation skills,
• Business acumen, analytical minded, result oriented, multitask oriented, act in a sense of urgency,
• Good in execution and follow up experienced in activity planning, organization & management,
• Team player – work in multifunctional teams (locally and at regional level),
• Effectively manage the budget for brand/ portfolio. Deliver high accuracy vs.
