This role is contributing to the Electrification business in Distribution Solution division at Nashik, India.

• Maintaining recognized expertise in a specific area by integrating the latest developments in technologies, tools, and methodologies into your work.
• Finding new ways of solving problems by following your ideas, creating hypotheses, and defining ways to validate them.
• Documenting work results (like findings, designs, or software), allowing others to maintain and improve them.
• Understanding and initiating IP generation in your area of specialization and participating in the project IP strategy development.

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering (should be full-time)

• Minimum 8 to 12 years of experience in Design and Development of Mechanical Parts and Assemblies (Sheet-Metal components, Casted & Machined Metal parts and Molded Plastic parts)

• Hands-on experience in prototyping, type testing, and interpreting technical drawings.

• Proficiency in SolidWorks or Creo 3D CAD software.

• Strong technical knowledge of Medium Voltage Switchgear (CSS / RMU / Transformers)

• Good verbal and written communication skills in English
