• Conducting analysis of planned versus actual project performance.
• Preparing materials and assisting in project reviews.
• Taking ownership of the maintenance and adherence to the billing plan milestones.
• Controlling documentation accuracy and consistency based on tasks assigned and procedures agreed with the customer.

• Degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering (should be full-time)
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in project management, order handling, and customer relationship management
• Hands on experience in end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) process management, including order booking in SAP
• Experience in planning, documentation management, and dispatch coordination activities
• Strong knowledge of SAP SD knowledge, along with effective cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Six Sigma certification and excellent communication skills will be considered an advantage.
