This role is contributing to the Motion business for IEC LV Motors division based in Faridabad, India:

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Utilize 3D modeling and detailing to create special mechanical designs incorporating GD&T and drawing codes and Practices. Prepare BOM in SAP for standard and non-standard motors.

• Ensure all designs work to meet company, industry and customer’s technical standards/requirements (i.e. IS, IEC, NEMA, ANSI, IEEE, customer project specifications, etc.).

• Perform tolerance and mechanical stress analysis as necessary also support mechanical designs for New Product Introductions.

• Address manufacturing concerns or questions related to mechanical designs and/or bill of materials.

• Provide feedback and solutions to project managers and project engineers to meet customer needs.

Qualifications for the role (Mandatory)

• BE/BTECH Mechanical Engineering only with 4 to 6 years of experience preferably in LV Motors, Induction Motors Design.

• Experience with PLM software - Teamcenter Experience with 3D design including use of NX, Solid works, or equivalent design platforms.

• Familiar and have practical experience with MS Word, MS Excel, MS Project, PowerPoint, SAP, and other applicable software.

• Strong interpersonal skills. Must be self-motivated with a high level of creativity.
