What you'll do

• Become an expert in modern industrial technologies – from smart motor control to digital asset monitoring.
• Solve real-world technical challenges and turn them into practical solutions.
• Work on projects that you can design, test, and see operating in the field.
• Connect technology, customers, and business – this is not a role where your work stays on the shelf.
  

Your responsibilities

• Design technical solutions and validate them in real-life applications.
• Provide technical consultations to customers and support sales teams.
• Collaborate with R&D and Product Management on the development of new features.
• Create technical documentation, training materials, and application guides.
• Analyze market trends and competitor solutions while identifying new opportunities.
• Keep up with innovations in digitalization, industrial communication, and automation.

Who we're looking for

• At least 5 years of experience in electrical engineering, automation, or industrial communication.
• A passion for solving problems and thinking analytically.
• A proactive mindset and the determination to overcome challenges.
• A willingness to continuously learn and grow.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Fluent Czech and English (C1).
