Associate, Technical Project Management

Responsibilities

• Support planning and scheduling activities for technical project tasks.
• Update documentation and assist in preparing project status information.
• Collect information from stakeholders to support requirements and task tracking.
• Describe technical practices, solutions, and procedures during routine conversations.
• Make minor pre‑approved updates to tools or processes.
• Identify general issues and resolve them using basic analysis.
• Assist with tracking integration of vendor tasks when required.
• Support quality reviews of project deliverables under guidance.
• Escalate non‑routine issues to senior team members.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

• Advanced education providing broad theoretical knowledge relevant to technical project management.
• Basic understanding of project management principles and technical delivery processes.
• Ability to follow procedures with attention to detail.
• Ability to analyse general issues under supervision.
• Clear communication skills with the ability to gather and share information internally and externally, with a customer-savvy posture
• Ability to work with project tools, documentation, and technical information.
• Strong organisation and willingness to learn technical project practices.
• Basic skills in negotiation and conflict management.
