Responsibilities
- Perform system patching and apply updates across customer environments
- Execute upgrades in single‑user mode
- Install and configure components, modules, and system extensions
- Provide technical support for on‑prem and cloud setups
- Diagnose and resolve issues in collaboration with internal teams
- Assist in preparing and maintaining customer environments
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- Experience with Linux or Windows administration (installation, configuration, troubleshooting)
- Solid understanding of system maintenance tasks (patching, updates, upgrades)
- Ability to work in structured, customer‑focused support processes
- Technical problem‑solving mindset and willingness to dive deep into issues
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)
- Knowledge of SSO technologies
- Experience with Keycloak, Auth0, or similar identity management solutions
- Familiarity with AWS services
- Understanding of cloud architectures and modern authentication workflows
- Understanding of ITIL principles
- Strong analytical thinking and a structured approach to work
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- Independent, responsible, and solution‑oriented working style
- High willingness to learn and openness to new technologies
