Job Description
Job Specification
Position: CAD Engineer-NX
Experience: 1-2 years
Qualification: BE (Mechanical)
Location: Bangalore
Position Type: Contract
Job Responsibilities
- Proactively manage interactions with TIS team in order to understand their inputs
- Remaster the CAD data from AutoCad into 3D Model and 2D drawings.
- Generate Parametric Engineering Models and Drawings along with Customer Drawings.
- Create the Best Practice on the NX Remastering and update in timely manner
- Preform Technical Review on the created Documents.
- Incorporates Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerance (GD&T) on Engineering Drawings
- Develop Bill of Material from the given Input.
- Communicate with the Italy Counterpart when Required.
- Proficient with creating complex body of connector and terminals in plastic and sheet metal parts, manufactured with injection molding processes and stamping
- Proficient with building and maintaining large assemblies
Requirement
- Working knowledge of Siemens NX, Version 8.5 or higher preferred – Feature based modeling
- Intermediate knowledge and proficiency with Excel and Word
- Pragmatic problem-solver: possesses and demonstrates skills that provide solutions to a variety of technical problems of moderate to difficult scope and complexity. Solutions begin to show elements of uniqueness and creativity
- Strong communication skills
- Flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines
- Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings
