Job Specification
Position: Senior Engineer/ Assistant Manager (Maintenance)
Qualification: Graduate/Diploma-Mechanical
Experience: 8-15 years
Role Summary: Need to Handle Unit Maintenance activities
Responsibilities
- Taking care of plants all maintenance activities.
- Taking care of plant reliability maintenance.
- Following the MTTR, MTBF,TPM calculation for m/c efficiency.
- Train the associate through subject discussion.
- Follow the all types of documentation for ISO and periodic inspection of maintenance standards.
- Handle the shift and daily activities.
- Follow up the A, B ,C ,D checklist of all equipments.
- Follow up the vendor for AMC and new project work.
- Work as per the company production requirement with machine priority.
- Follow the safety and WCM tools and guiding the technicians.
- Maintain the spare parts list and always in stock.
- Installing new machines as per ISO standards.
- Doing proper maintenance and increase machine efficiency.
- Increase knowledge of associates.
- Making the electrical A and B checklist.
- Making Machine history card
- Making machine run hour list.
