We have immediate openings for "CAD Application Engineer-NX” for one of the reputed MNC located in Bangalore.
Job Specification
Position: CAD Application Engineer-NX
Experience: 2-4 years
Qualification: Engineering in Mechanical/Engineering in Industrial Engineering
Management/Engineering in Industrial Production
Location: Bangalore
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Experience in GM’s work flow process
- Responsible for NX migration using defined methodology for 2D and 3D
- Migrate/Create/modify 3D and 2D in NX – Product related drawings
- Single point contact for 3D and Drawing(s) migration into NX – Automotive customers
- Proactively manage interactions (effective communication) with TIS-TSBU team in order to understand the requirement
- Offer suggestions and identify areas where applications can better serve business needs (process improvement)
- Understand, support and contribute to company’s Total Quality Management (TQM), Six Sigma, International Standards Organization (ISO) and Environmental, and/or Health and Safety (EH&S) Management Systems by following stated policies and procedures.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

- Good knowledge in CAD application (NX)
- Self-directed and meticulous

- Strong communication skills
- Flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities, demands and timelines
- Be passionate about and take a keen interest in NX-Migration
- Able to acquire and develop new skill sets though own self-interest and asking right questions to right people
- Strong spirit of innovation, self-starter, independent, and with ability to come up with solutions and suggestions for organizational improvements
- Adept at queries, report writing and presenting the findings
