We’re looking for a senior full-stack developer who codes with care, thinks with purpose, and thrives in a highly collaborative environment. You’ll join a team where engineering is treated as a craft, and modern tools—including AI-assisted development—are embraced to elevate quality, speed, and impact.

What You'll Love Doing

  • Code across the stack: From intuitive UI components in React to scalable, event-driven services in Node.js running on Google Cloud.
  • Deliver continuously: You’ll ship small, high-quality changes frequently, backed by strong test coverage and clean integration pipelines.
  • Work in the open: We develop together—pairing regularly, reviewing rigorously, and favoring real-time collaboration over asynchronous silos.
  • Lean on modern tools: We embrace GenAI tools as part of our workflow—not to replace thoughtfulness, but to amplify it.
  • Refactor confidently: We believe in continuous improvement. If something can be made simpler, clearer, or safer—we fix it.

Who You Are

  • 5+ years building modern web applications with real-world scale and complexity.
  • Advanced proficiency with Node.js and JavaScript/TypeScript on the backend, and React (or similar) on the frontend.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (Cloud Run, Pub/Sub, Firestore, Cloud Functions, etc.).
  • Familiarity with cloud-native architecture, CI/CD pipelines, and resilient, well-tested APIs (REST and/or GraphQL).
  • Comfort and curiosity working with AI-assisted tooling (e.g. GitHub Copilot, Cody, GPT-based pair assistance) as part of your daily development process.
  • A collaborative, product-focused mindset: you care about outcomes, not just output.
