Job Overview :
We are looking for a creative and performance-driven UI/UX Designer with a minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in an agency environment. This role requires someone who can design high-converting websites, landing pages, and digital experiences aligned with marketing goals. The ideal candidate should be able to balance user experience, visual design, and conversion optimization, while working on multiple client projects in a fast-paced setup. You will collaborate closely with performance marketers, developers, and content teams to ensure designs are not only visually appealing but also drive measurable business outcomes such as engagement, lead generation, and conversions.
Responsibilities :
- Design intuitive and high-converting websites, landing pages, and marketing funnels for multiple client projects
- Create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes based on business and campaign requirements
- Collaborate with performance marketing teams to design conversion-focused user journeys
- Translate client briefs and marketing goals into effective UI/UX solutions
- Continuously improve designs based on user behavior, feedback, and performance data
- Ensure responsive and mobile-first design standards across all projects
- Maintain consistency through design systems and reusable components
- Work closely with developers to ensure accurate design implementation and handoff
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and timelines
- Conduct UX research to understand user behavior, needs, and pain points.
Requirements/Qualifications :
- Minimum 3 years of experience in UI/UX, with at least one year of experience in Graphic / Visual Design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing live projects, case studies, and design thinking process
- Proficiency in design tools such as: Figma, Swipe Pages, Instapage, Word Press, Shopify, Adobe tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, XD
- Strong understanding of UX principles, usability, and user-centered design
- Experience in designing landing pages, websites, and marketing funnels
- Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-client agency environment
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
