JOB TITLE: 

 Azure Data Engineer 

Summary 

We are seeking a highly skilled Azure Data Engineer to design, build, and optimize scalable data solutions within a modern cloud ecosystem. This role focuses on developing robust data pipelines and enabling data-driven decision-making through reliable, high-quality data platforms. 

Responsibilities 

• Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end data pipelines and ETL processes using Azure services  

• Build and manage data solutions leveraging Azure Data Factory, Synapse, Databricks, and Fabric  

• Architect and maintain data storage solutions (e.g., Azure Data Lake Storage Gen2, Blob Storage)  

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data Scientists, Analysts, Architects) to translate business requirements into scalable data solutions  

• Optimize pipelines for performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency  

• Implement data quality frameworks, validation processes, and monitoring mechanisms  

• Manage CI/CD pipelines for data engineering workflows  

• Troubleshoot and resolve pipeline and data-related issues  

• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation and best practices 

  Qualifications 

• Strong proficiency in Azure data services (ADF, Synapse, Databricks, Fabric)  

• Solid experience in ETL/ELT pipeline development  

• Expertise in data modeling and distributed data systems  

• Proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Scala)  

• Experience with big data processing frameworks  

• Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps practices  

• Strong understanding of data governance, quality, and security principles  

• Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder collaboration skills
