About the role

You'll own, maintain and develop automation solutions that support our programmatic advertising operations, including recurring workflows, data processes, integrations, reporting, and internal tools.

You'll work closely with teams across the company to understand business needs, automate manual processes, and build reliable technical solutions. You'll take ownership of what you build from development through ongoing production use.

We're looking for someone who has a passion solving real business problems, working independently, and turning operational needs into practical and reliable solutions.

Requirements

● Advantage - Experience in Online advertising - general knowledge and know how.

● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

● Strong Python experience for automation, APIs, scripting, and data workflows.

● Experience working with REST APIs and third-party integrations.

● Experience with Git and CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions.

● Familiarity with cloud platforms or managed infrastructure such as AWS, GCP, Netlify, or managed databases.

● Experience debugging and maintaining applications or automated workflows in production.

● Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript.

● Experience with React (or a similar frontend framework).

● Experience with Node.js (or another backend technology).

● Familiarity with databases such as PostgreSQL, SQL, or NoSQL systems.

● Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.

● Excellent communication skills and a proactive ownership mindset.

● Fluent English.

Nice to Have

● Exposure to AdTech or programmatic advertising.

● Experience building internal tools, reporting systems, or productivity applications.

● Experience with workflow automation platforms such as n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar.

● Familiarity with monitoring and alerting tools.

● Experience with Linux servers, cron, or scheduled production workloads.

● Experience using AI APIs or AI development tools for automation and productivity.

Responsibilities

● Design, build, and maintain, internal web applications, automated workflows, pipelines, and internal tools.

● Identify manual and repetitive processes and propose creative automation solutions.

● Build AI-powered workflows and applications using modern AI technologies and APIs

● Integrate internal systems, external APIs, and data sources.

● Own automation solutions from development through production operation and ongoing improvement.

● Research, evaluate, and implement emerging AI tools and technologies.

● Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to translate business needs into technical solutions.

● Build backend services, scripts, APIs, and CI/CD workflows, with occasional full-stack development where needed.

● Document key workflows and operational processes.
