We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Hardware Leader to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in electronics, network architecture, controller development, sensors, mechanics, and hardware quality management. They will be responsible for technically managing and directing an organizations of engineers, developing and implementing hardware development projects, establishing technology roadmaps, and providing strategic direction. The Hardware Leader will also be responsible for promoting the growth and development of their team members and staying up-to-date on industry trends and technology developments.

  • Technically manage and direct a team of engineers responsible for electronics, network architecture, controller development, sensors, mechanics, and hardware quality management

Qualifications

  • Master's degree or higher in a relevant field such as electrical engineering, electronics engineering, mechanical engineering, or computer engineering
  • 15+ years of experience in hardware development for automotive OEMs or Tier 1 suppliers
  • Expertise in electronics, network architecture, controller development, sensors, mechanics, and hardware quality management
  • Excellent leadership and teamwork skills
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
