The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As a(n) Transit Time Data Analyst for/at Global Logistics, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.

 

Here, you will make an impact by:

 

• Support global transit-time analysis across air, ocean, and ground transportation modes to help maintain accurate logistics standards.
• Monitor transit-time trends, complete analysis, and process change requests to keep transportation data current and reliable.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure updates are completed on schedule and with improved accuracy.
• Identify opportunities to reduce manual handoffs, delays, and quality issues through improved processes and data coordination.

 

Your Skills and Expertise 

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who meet following minimum requirements:

 

• Key skills: Data analysis, communication skills
• Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university related to Foreign Trade and Customs, Logistics or Business Administration. Or 1+ years equivalent experience on the fields mentioned above.
• Past experience: Experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, or freight operations
• Other: English, Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to data accuracy.

Additional knowledge / nice-to-have skills / preferred qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Additional Skills: Familiarity with transportation management systems or logistics tools, project management
• Personal Attributes: Strong coordination and communication skills
