Job Description:

Application Engineer for developing Bonding&Sealing Applications and leading projects as Project manager

Primary Responsibilities include but not limited to the following:

• to lead product development projects in the foam tape development as Project manager

• to develop automotive applications mainly with the acrylic foam tape, structural adhesive, dispensing sealant or with other Automotive 3M solutions(Nonwoven, Film, Ceramic etc.)

• to collaborate with the global teams to lead and support application or product development projects

• to implement customer training, seminar and demonstration for developments

• to conduct hands-on testing and develop test reports

• to present testing results, conclusion and recommendations to customers and 3M personnel as needed

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in polymer / material / mechanical engineering / chemical engineering

• 1~5years experience of Automotive related industry

• Strong team play mind

• High priority mind to Business growth & Customer relevance

• English skill for global communication (oral and written )

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree

• Experience in Tape, Adhesive and dispensing sealant solutions for Automotive

• Experience in Project Management or PMP certification

• Ability to work independently to complete projects as well as work with cross-functional teams

• Microsoft tools proficient (Office, PowerBI, MS Project)

• Statistical tool utilization proficient – Minitab, Excel

Condition

• Type: 정규직 (수습기간 3개월)

• Location: 한국3M 동탄 기술연구소 ( 경기도 화성시 삼성1로 5길 7)
