What we're looking for:
- 7 years of relevant experience owning a web platform product and being responsible for its success with CMS authoring and experimentation product experience.
- Experience with Contentful CMS required; Contentful Certification preferred.
- Knowledge of web data infrastructure such as server-side tag manager and a basic knowledge of databases.
- Working knowledge of 1st party and 3rd party APIs (e.g. Marketo, Drift, 6Sense, Unleash). Must have an understanding of basic systems architecture to help scale functionality and increase our capabilities for our CMS and MarTech stack.
- Fundamental knowledge of marketing best practices and technologies.
- Track record of driving business impact through shipping and improving owned product(s).
- Knowledge of A/B testing, experimentation tooling, quantitative data fundamentals, and web reporting.
- Experience partnering effectively with engineering, data engineering, analytics, and marketing teams.
- Ability to inspire and bring together different teams and stakeholders to drive forward the product vision and execution, solve problems, and remove roadblocks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills that scales from technical to non-technical.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and use data - both qualitative and quantitative - to drive decision-making.
- Demonstrate a growth mindset. Navigate situations with flexibility, curiosity and a positive attitude.
What you can expect:
- Articulate a clear and compelling Marketing Web Platform & CMS strategy in conjunction with the Director, Digital Web Experience.
- Contribute to, and help drive, overall Marketing Web Platform & CMS product strategy and the relative priority of the features you own on the roadmap.
- Gather input and needs from internal business stakeholders including Marketing, Analytics, and others; synthesize requirements to build new platform capabilities, features, and enhancements that support modern, interactive, contextual, and internationalized journeys.
- Own a 12+ month Marketing Web Platform and CMS roadmap that helps us build more capabilities, improve the CMS authoring user interface, and evaluate satellite web properties to migrate over to our web platform, all with an eye towards moving more quickly and scaling revenue growth.
- Work with engineering teams to align on trade-offs, delivering scalable solutions that meet current needs and consider future growth.
- Manage the end-to-end digital development lifecycle as the product owner on a scrum team; manage the backlog for the Marketing Web Platform and CMS, draft Product Requirements Documents reviewed by the Digital Web Experience Director, create tickets for Engineering, plan sprints, communicate progress against the backlog and bulldoze impediments to get the work done.
- Define CMS workflows, manage CMS access levels, and document how to use the CMS to drive adoption and enable greater web operational speed.
