As a software engineering working student in 1KOMMA5°, you will be a member of a cross-functional team alongside frontend and backend engineers, product managers and UX/UI developers. You will help build a self-organized tech team, responsible for developing, deploying and running their own solutions to contribute to those work streams.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Discover, evaluate, implement and deploy software solutions for our core B2B products

  • Maintain a business critical application 

  • Foster a culture of experiment-driven innovation within the team

  • Improve customer satisfaction by constantly reducing tech-dept, improving the quality and build software people love to use

  • Collaboration with our stakeholders and within the cross-functional team members to develop our B2B solutions to the next level
  • You are enrolled at a university and contribute 20 hours per week

  • You are studying Computer Science or a comparable course of studies

  • You have first experience in one or more of the following programming languages: TypeScript, React, Vue.js, Node.js, Ruby or other major web-technologies

  • You are capable of effective communication skills to interact with internal teams and stakeholders 

  • You bring a proactive attitude and don't forget to have fun at work and within your team 

  • You have very good written and spoken German and English skills (C1/C2)
  • You are part of a dynamic team with people who prove every day that they can make things happen and move companies forward with great positive impact

  • You move in flat hierarchies and have short decision-making paths. You can learn a lot quickly and get involved at different levels

  • You will be welcomed by a friendly and familiar team
