Software Consultant - .NET - Morning

Location: Lahore, Karachi, Pakistan

• Design, develop, and maintain backend applications using ASP.NET Core and C#.
• Build and consume RESTful APIs and integrate with internal and third-party services.
• Implement caching, session management, and messaging solutions using Redis.
• Develop and optimize SQL Server databases, including writing efficient queries and stored procedures.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.
• Perform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure application reliability and performance.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving code quality.
• Collaborate with product managers, QA engineers, and fellow developers throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Work with Git for version control and contribute to CI/CD pipelines.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and recommend improvements where appropriate.

• 2–4 years of professional experience in .NET development.
• Strong hands-on experience with ASP.NET Core and C#.
• Solid understanding of application architecture, including REST APIs and service integrations.
• Experience working with Redis for caching, session management, and Pub/Sub messaging.
• Good knowledge of SQL Server and relational database design principles.
• Understanding of unit testing frameworks and debugging techniques.
• Experience using Git for source control.
• Familiarity with CI/CD concepts and development workflows.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in an Agile development environment.

• Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWS.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture.
• Exposure to performance optimization and application monitoring tools.
• Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
