Software Architect - Fullstack - Afternoon Shift

Role Overview 

We are looking for a Senior/Software Architect with a strong full-stack background and experience in leading cloud-based enterprise application development. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of software development experience with at least 3 years in a Technical Lead or Software Architect role, and hands-on expertise in cloud technologies and full-stack development frameworks. 

Responsibilities 

• Design and develop scalable, secure, and maintainable software architectures that meet business requirements.

• Lead technical design and guide development teams through implementation with a focus on performance, reliability, and security.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technology with business goals, ensuring the architecture supports scalability and client objectives.

• Conduct code and design reviews to ensure the integrity of architectural solutions and best practices, including CI/CD pipelines and secure coding.

• Lead adoption of emerging technologies, including cloud services and AI/GenAI tools, to enhance system capabilities where applicable.

• Identify technical risks early in the project lifecycle and design strategies to mitigate them, ensuring robust system architecture.

• Embrace a consulting mindset by understanding client needs, proposing innovative technical solutions that deliver business value, and translating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• Mentor junior architects and engineers, providing technical guidance and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.

• Engage in client discussions to gather requirements, offer technical advice, and present solutions that align with business goals and deliver measurable impact.

• Guide the recruitment of technical talent, ensuring that new hires meet both technical and cultural standards.

• Collaborate with the sales department on presales activities to identify client needs and provide technical expertise during the sales process. 

• Collaborate closely with Business Analysts and Product Managers to align technical implementation with business needs. 

• Support teams in troubleshooting and provide hands-on guidance during development. 

Requirements 

• Education: Bachelor's or master's in computer science, Engineering, or related field. 

• Experience: 

• 10+ years in full-stack software development and architecture 

• 3+ years as a Technical Lead or Software Architect 

• Tech Stack (One or more): 

• Frontend: Angular, React 

• Backend: .NET Core, Java Spring Boot, Node.js (Express/NestJS), Python 

• Experienced in building end-to-end solutions using full-stack combinations such as MERN and MEAN. 

• Cloud Platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP, or OpenShift 

• Strong object-oriented design and system architecture knowledge. 

• Solid experience with n-tier web applications and enterprise application architecture. 

• Experience with DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, and version control systems. 

• Hands-on experience with REST and/or GraphQL. 

• Proficiency in both relational and NoSQL databases. 

• Excellent programming and analytical skills with strong understanding of design principles and design patterns. 

• Hands-on experience in building microservices and cloud-native applications 

• Familiarity with Generative AI technologies and their practical application is strongly desirable. 

• Proven leadership skills with the ability to influence, guide, and inspire development teams toward technical excellence and successful project delivery. 

• Strong documentation skills with the ability to produce architecture diagrams, technical specifications, and design documents that guide implementation and ensure alignment with enterprise standards. 

• Proven ability to design for non-functional requirements such as scalability, performance, security, and maintainability. 

• Familiarity with security and compliance standards (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, HIPAA) is a plus. 

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills to align diverse technical and business interests. 

• Comfortable working in an Afternoon Shift (12 PM onwards). 

• Agile development methodology experience.
