Role Overview 

We are seeking an experienced Integrations Production Support Lead with strong expertise in IBM API Connect and enterprise integration platforms. The role involves managing production environments, ensuring system stability, resolving critical incidents, and supporting API lifecycle management across cloud and on-premise environments. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Install, configure, deploy, and administer IBM API Connect (Cloud & On-Prem VMs). 
• Monitor system health ensuring performance and availability. 
• Lead incident resolution and perform root cause analysis. 
• Analyze logs to troubleshoot issues. 
• Manage backup and recovery processes. 
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines for API deployment. 
• Manage API lifecycle via API portals. 
• Handle user access, roles, and security configurations. 
• Configure Developer Portal and Drupal themes. 
• Integrate tools such as Elastic and Splunk for monitoring. 
• Implement alerting and dashboards. 
• Configure security using TLS and OAuth2. 
• Apply patches, upgrades, and maintenance releases. 
• Support architecture discussions and technical sessions.
