Senior Solutions Engineer

What you can expect

Zoom seeks a Sr. Solutions Engineer to join our Solutions Engineering team, this role will focus on public sector customers. You will leverage your knowledge of customer business drivers to adopt the Zoom Communications platform. You will be a trusted advisor in delivering happiness to our customers.

About the Team

The Solutions Engineering team at Zoom is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering technical solutions. These solutions meet the specific needs and requirements of our Public Sector organizations. We collaborate closely with the Sales and Customer Success teams to understand the challenges and requirements our customers face.

What we’re looking for

• 8+ years of technical experience in Collaboration technologies
• 5+ years in a customer-facing technical sales role
• Experience with SaaS Collaboration sales (web conferencing, cloud voice, UCaaS)
• Experience with "traditional" voice communications systems and applications
• Experience creating, presenting, and documenting technical solutions
• Experience presenting topics clearly and concisely to many levels of technical skill sets and audience sizes
• Experience with solution sales

Salary Range or On Target Earnings:

Minimum:

$143,100.00

Maximum:

$313,100.00
