Lead Product Manager

What you can expect

As the Lead Product Manager, you will lead innovation across how developer applications are surfaced across the Zoom product line. You will set strategy and define priorities for the development of user, admin and developer experiences. You will also establish a strategy for empowering developers with AI front-and-center.

About the Team

Zoom Apps make meetings more productive, engaging and fun. But Zoom Apps are for more than meetings and are extended across the product line to make workflows seamless. The team is responsible for both a developer platform and surfacing applications built on the platform as user, customer and administrator experiences. Together this creates solutions for Zoom’s amazing customers.

• Leading end to end product development efforts, from product discovery to post launch.

• Collaborating with customers and partners to ensure that solutions you define can be implemented and deployed effectively

• Championing developer experience and adoption of AI applications.

• Collaborating with engineering, design and product marketing to define requirements, success metrics, deliver features, and drive go-to-market

What we’re looking for

• Able to influence stakeholders and building relationships, with prior experience presenting to executives.

• 10+ years of product manager for highly complex B2B SaaS based applications and services, and 5+ years of Product Management leadership experience.

• Be familiar with AI Product Management.

• Be familiar with admin and end user settings.

• Able to function independently, as well as collaboratively with other team members

• Able to demonstrate product manager experience, showcasing a comprehensive understanding of product led growth and developer platforms.

Salary Range or On Target Earnings:

Minimum:

$140,400.00

Maximum:

$324,500.00
