DevOps Engineer - Zoom Phone

Enable around-the-clock continuity in critical Zoom Phone backend infrastructure. We are looking for a DevOps Engineer who has production knowledge and experience.

The team manages the infrastructure that runs Zoom Phone, Zoom Contact Center, Zoom Virtual Agent and Zoom Workforce management. By employing robust operational strategies, they guarantee the stability and security of Zoom's infrastructure, allowing millions of users worldwide to connect effortlessly.

What we’re looking for

• 5+ years of hands-on work experience in production system. Understanding of the principles of operation and limitations
• Experience of SIP, RTP, RTCP, TLS, SRTP, SIP trunking. Also knowledge of CI/CD tools and integration
• Experience with Kubernetes, container, and other micro-service technologies.
• Experience with Grafana, ELK, Prometheus, and other monitoring tools
• Experience in Shell Scripting, Python or Go or any other one of the programming language is mandatory
• Experience with Linux and familiar with Linux shells and basic network troubleshooting skills
• Experience with at least 5 of the following: Linux, Network, SIP, VOIP, SBC, Jenkins, Git, Ansible, Vault,Grafana, Prometheus ELK, Redis, Docker, Kubernetes, Grafana, Zabbix, AWS
• Have familiarity in VoIP call terminology and phone system and Linux/Network/AWS/K8S certifications
