Senior IT Developer (Order to Cash)

What You'll Do

• Design and architect billing solutions using Zuora's platform features
• Configure and customize billing rules, workflows, and pricing models to align with our requirements.
• Translate cases into solutions, using Zuora's configuration and technical solutions based on APIs.
• Collaborate with business teams to define, document, and clarify processes and requirements.
• Partner with the finance and revenue team to capture and analyze our requirements related to billing and revenue management.
• Automate billing processes using Zuora's workflow and automation capabilities.
• Build data sync/workflow between Zuora billing and revenue.
• Monitor and troubleshoot Zuora billing platform performance, applying updates and patches.

What You Have

• 5+ years of Subscription Management Billing experience, especially with Zuora
• Proficient in Python and XML/JSON
• Experience with SAP or other general ledger systems
• Salesforce experience
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or IT or equivalent.
• Demonstrated experience in Zuora development, architecture, design, and hands-on implementation.
• Strong analytical skills to understand complex business requirements and propose effective solutions.
• Continuous learning mentality, staying updated with the latest Zuora platform features and industry best practices.
• Ability to lead in ambiguous situations and adapt to new technologies and industry trends.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Stay informed about the latest releases, features, and improvements in the Zuora platform and industry best practices.
