Come join our growing Communications Delivery Team! We empower people to work the way they want to, facilitating collaboration in the common workspace and across multiple channels (Email, SMS, Mobile Push), by building a scalable, extensible platform and set of services. About the Role

As the Software Development Manager you will be the driving force behind the team responsible for both the strategic direction and day-to-day management of our message processing platform. You will guide a dedicated team of developers in building and enhancing our messaging products to meet the ever evolving needs of our customers. This position offers an opportunity to drive the technical vision and architecture for our messaging products, collaborate with multi-functional teams, manage the entire software development lifecycle and champion the culture of excellence in software engineering practices.

About You

Basic Qualifications

• 3+ years experience leading and managing engineering teams

• A proven track record to recruit, build, empower and inspire a software development team

• Experience navigating the complexities of processing large volumes of messages with high reliability

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of working with both technical and non-technical collaborators

• A proactive and innovative approach to problem-solving and an ability to drive projects to successful completion

• A passion for nurturing talent and fostering a team culture that encourages continuous learning and improvement

Workday Pay Transparency Statement 

The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below.  Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants. Recruiters can share more detail during the hiring process. Each candidate’s compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need, among other things.
