Job Description
Join Wix's Strategic Integrations team in the Developer Relations Group. You'll be a key player in enabling strategic app partners to our Developers platform, contributing to the optimization of essential features for Wix websites and businesses. The role involves facilitating seamless app integration for strategic partners, collaborating with product teams to refine features and improve Wix user experiences. You’ll also:
Lead strategic projects involving third-party apps, overseeing the entire project lifecycle from conceptualization to implementation
Drive technical design processes, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives
Collaborate with operational, R&D, product, and leadership teams to ensure the integration, launch and implementation of third party strategic solutions for users
Maintain effective internal and external communication between all Wix teams and third party partners
Collect developer voice and feedback to drive new product capabilities and developer tools
Implement and deploy Wix’s latest platform capabilities for partners
Qualifications
2+ years experience as a Business Operations Manager or Project Manager in the high tech industry, or as a tier 3 support agent or similar role (for example: QA)
Strong technological orientation to effectively collaborate with our developer partners
Great organizational and execution skills and able to effectively engage, manage, and prioritize multiple interfaces, initiatives and projects
Experience working with multiple teams across many disciplines and locations in a dynamic and fast-moving high-tech environment
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with fluency in English

The Strategic Integrations team is a part of the DevRel company and is all about extending the Wix product and platform offering which allows Wix site builders and app developers to work more effectively and be more successful.

We aim to ensure operational excellence, rethink existing processes, improve dev velocity, and ensure projects run smoothly. To do this, we work closely with group heads, coordinate between teams, prioritize requests, and manage the day-to-day operations of our team. We’re comfortable diving into new domains and staying organized amid ambiguity.
