Withings processes an ever-increasing amount of data in order to improve the functioning of its products, to offer new ones and to develop new innovative features. The Data Analytics team is responsible for supporting the business teams, answering their questions and enabling them to monitor key performance indicators, as well as ensuring the relevance and quality of the data analyzed.

The Customer Care team has two main missions:

  • providing the best support to our millions of users
  • provide internal teams with the best insights on customers needs and feedbacks

As a member of the Data Analytics team and reporting to the Customer Care team, you will be required to:

  • Analyze vast amounts of data related to customer behavior (across multiple sources - website, app, CRM, hardware products) to answer questions from the Customer Care team and synthesize results;
  • Create and maintain dashboards to monitor performance indicators for product features and the Health Mate mobile application (using Metabase);
  • Implement data processing (data pipelines) to clean and/or precompute large volume of data using dbt and Python;
  • Implement campaigns of surveys to gather feedback from customers and share results with the teams;
  • Propose data architectures adapted to the needs of different projects;
  • Ensure the performance level of data processing according to needs (batch or real time) and their integrity;
  • A first successful experience in a data-oriented company, ideally exposed to Customer Service topics
  • A first experience leveraging data to build dashboards and analyzis (using tools such as Metabase or Jupyter Notebooks)
  • 5 years of higher education (engineering school, doctorate or equivalent);
  • Data oriented profile with a strong appetite for improving the user experience;
  • Strong knowledge of the Product / Business themes;
  • Mastery of SQL, ClickHouse, dbt and Python.
