About this role:

In this role, you will:

  • Act as an advisor to leadership to develop or influence success of change management initiatives

  • Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique change management challenges requiring full understanding of product development and management

  • Provide vision, direction and expertise to leadership on implementing change using organizational, strategic, institutional knowledge and navigation to anticipate change impacts

  • Engage with key stakeholders, including business partners, operational risk, compliance and change management governance to promote success of programs and project performance or prioritization

  • Anticipate the needs of stakeholders which will further enable Product Managers, engineering teams, and associated partners to deliver customer-focused solutions

  • Build relationships and collaborate with Auto Product, Analytics and Digital Innovation, Auto business partners, as well as Consumer Lending & the Enterprise, inclusive of Operations and IT, in order to ensure teams are aligned on priorities and deliverables

  • Lead the Jira, Registry and Enterprise Change Management activities, serving as the Change Management Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the team

  • Represent the team in key report outs and planning initiatives and escalate blockers proactively to help mitigate risk

  • Remain engaged on policy and procedure updates and action plan accordingly to ensure the teams remain compliant.

  • Closely engage with product teams to understand opportunity areas within change management process and partner closely with stakeholders to design and implement solutions.

  • Support communication and training efforts driven by change management policy and procedure

Required Qualifications, US:

  • 7+ years of Project Management and Methodologies, Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of strong project or product management experience including the ability to handle multiple initiatives concurrently, preferably within the financial services industry

  • Experience in leading or supporting change management policy/framework

  • Ability to simplify complex requirements and communicate efficiently to maximize adherence

  • Experience developing and maintaining partnerships and collaborating with other business and functional areas

  • Strong understanding of agile methodology and product delivery

  • Proven ability to manage initiatives including: detailed planning, process management, and documentation.

  • Strong research and documentation skills.

  • Highly refined and professional verbal and written communications.

  • Consumer lending experience preferred

  • Willingness to work on-site at stated location on the job opening

  • This position offers a hybrid work schedule

  • Ability to travel up to 5% of time
