Senior Lead Product Manager - Bill Manager

In this role, you will:

• Responsible for the identification and analysis of customer needs as well as product management of key products and services.
• Work directly with stakeholders across the business and enterprise to collaborate to deliver Treasury Management payables solutions, while effectively managing risks associated with assigned products.
• Develop and articulate strategy for our Payables Bill Manager service, a simplified accounts payable and accounts receivable product.
• Define scope, prioritize backlog, establish goals, and provide direction for teams to design, develop, and deliver technology and processes for updating, upgrading technologies and vendor relationships.
• Responsible for the product financials, including revenue, pricing, profitability, volume tracking and billing processes.
• Lead all risk management activities and deliverables, including annual risk assessments, needed to drive new initiatives. 
• Lead complex initiatives including establishing marketing programs for new products or enhancements.
• Establish and foster relationships with key partners, collaborate with internal stakeholders and lead cross-functional initiatives to design, develop and deliver technology solutions.
• Responsible for product life-cycle management including creation of business cases, product enhancements, supporting sales and marketing, product launches and product exits.
• Provide vision, direction and expertise to leadership on implementing innovative and significant business solutions that are strategically focused for diverse customer segments.
• Collaborate and consult with managers, stakeholders, scrum masters, project managers, and delivery team to resolve issues and achieve project goals.
• Engage with all lines of business as the subject matter expert for the product, provide expertise on complex and technical products and services, including leading complex initiatives.
• Implement change delivery solutions to drive growth of assigned product.

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery, or agile product owner experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.

• Treasury Management product experience
• Vendor relationship management experience
• Project Management experience including use of Agile methodology
• Experience in creating, managing and enhancing product Risk Controls
• Outstanding problem solving and analytical skills with ability to turn findings into strategic imperatives.
• Ability to work and influence various levels of leadership both internally and externally.
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
• Ability to collaborate with clients, identify business opportunities, and translate into innovative & valuable solutions.
• Ability to take on a high level of responsibility, initiative, and accountability in a dynamic and complex environment.

Job Expectations:

• This position offers a hybrid work schedule
• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
