Department Overview:
Information and Cyber Security (ICS) is part of Wells Fargo's Technology organization. Wells Fargo views ICS as enabling lines of business to mitigate information security risk in accordance with our risk appetite. Through a framework that addresses policy, process, operations, people, and technology, Information & Cyber Security team (ICS) protects our infrastructure, company data, and customer assets while ensuring alignment with applicable regulations and laws.
 
About the Role:
This role will collaborate with the Stateside Web access management team to work on configuring and maintaining federation partnerships with PING and Third Party Hosting Systems on behalf of Wells Fargo in PING ACCESS and PING FEDERATE. This position typically involve managing and maintaining Ping Access and PING Federate, will be responsible for understanding the application requirement and provide the best suitable federation setup required and configure the IDaaS and Federation Solution. In this position engineer will be responsible assisting with Production environment support, this includes creating OAuth, OIDC applications, SCIM configurations, conditional access policies creations and promoting applications in the Production environment. 

In this role, You'll:

• Experience with PING Federate, PING Access, OAuth, OIDC, SCIM are all applicable to this position.
• Configure and deploy Ping Access Instances to secure web applications, APIs, and other resources.
• Implement access control policies, authentication mechanisms and authorization rules using Ping Access.
• Integrate Ping Access with existing identity and Access management systems such as Ping Federate, Active Directory and LDAP.
• Responsible for configuring and maintaining federation partnerships with Ping Federate and Third Party Hosting Systems on behalf of Wells Fargo. 
• Responsible for configuring and onboarding OIDC, OAUTH enabled applications into the service
• Responsible for SCIM configurations, conditional access policies creations
• Responsible for overseeing configurations around identity governance which include provisioning/de-provisioning identities down to the Third Party Hosting Services which should be automated through the Identity as a Service Solution.
• Responsible for troubleshooting production environment related application issues integrated with Ping Federate and providing the root cause analysis to the issue and resolution.

Required Qualifications:

• 4+ years of Information Security Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

• 6+ years of information security experience on Single Sign On Technologies, Ping Federate and Ping Access.
• 3+ years of experience with Azure AD, OAuth, OIDC.
• 1+ years’ experience configuring and working with OIDC, OAUTH application integrations, SCIM configurations.
• 2+ years of experience in installation and configuration of Azure AD services in enterprise environment.
• Should have PowerShell and other scripting/automation experience.
• 3+ years of experience and strong knowledge in SAML (Security Assertion Markup Language) concepts.

 
Job Expectations:

• Experience on Ping Access, Ping Federate/Single Sign On and federation Configurations.
• Proficiency in configuring and managing Ping Access , policies, rules, and access control mechanisms.
• Knowledge of authentication protocols and standards such as OAuth, OpenID Connect, SAML, and LDAP.
• Experience with Splunk monitoring (end user for reporting, dashboards, not administration experience needed)
• Good knowledge on Cloud Infrastructure Models (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, IDaaS)
• Ability to manage highly complex issues and negotiate solutions
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Good negotiation, conflict resolution and decision making skills
• Ability to interact and communicate effectively with all levels of an organization
• Bachelors or Master’s degree in Technology/Engineering
• Demonstrated ability to document procedures for other engineers to follow
• Excellent communication skills working with development, production and application teams for multiple lines of business
• Excellent troubleshooting skills to address real-time production issues and restore service from an operations stand-point
• At least one or more certifications on IAM tool specific certification
• Knowledge of information security concepts. Deep working knowledge of at least one IAM tool/operating system
