Wells Fargo Bank N.A. seeks a Lead Software Engineer in Charlotte, NC.

Job Role and Responsibility: Work in a small team for multifaceted computer applications and/or application initiatives; Regularly work with several computer languages in a heterogeneous environment; Multi-task multiple projects and phases of projects at the same time; Develop code under the direction of the Development Manager but is capable of performing duties largely independently; Coordinate activities with other developers and Quality Assurance personnel; Act as an expert technical resource in the program development, testing, and implementation process; Provide rapid response to production issues and troubleshoots complex problems involving multiple inputs and outputs; Telecommuting is permitted up to 3 days a week. Position must appear in person to the location listed as the work address.

Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Applications, Computer Science, or related technical field. Position requires 7 years of experience in the job offered, as a Software Developer, IT/Programmer Analyst, or in a related position involving software engineering experience.

Specific skills required:

•              7 years of ANT or Maven experience  

•              7 years of experience with Java; Object Oriented Programming; and SDLC (System Development Life Cycle)

•              5 years of experience working with Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS) SQL Server, Oracle or MySQL

•              2 years of pricing or risk systems development experience 

•              1 year of mortgage risk experience
