Full Stack Software Engineer (f/m/d)

We are currently looking for a Full stack software engineer to join our tech team for our inhouse agency focussing on lead generation in Berlin. In this role you will be responsible and have ownership over the whole stack. Moreover, you will collaborate closely with our experienced tech team (>90 tech people) in Barcelona.agency. 

Responsibilities:

• Own and manage the end to end tech stack, ensuring seamless operation of websites, landing pages, and associated tools.
• Develop, write and maintain high-quality backend (Node > Python) code for various purposes, including tracking setup and functionality of landing pages.
• Develop and maintain the frontend (HTML, CSS and JS) of applications, with a focus on user experience and performance.
• Ensure uptime and reliability of all systems, proactively identifying and addressing any issues.
• Manage and optimise hosting solution
• Implement and manage marketing tracking tools, ensuring compliance with GDPR and other legal requirements.
• Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to support lead generation efforts through effective use of landing pages and sales management tools.
• Handle diverse technical challenges, such as integrating third-party APIs or resolving complex technical issues.

What you bring:

• Experience with TypeScript and SCSS.
• Experienced working as Full-stack (front-end and back-end)
• Experienced with Node.js and another back-end language like (PHP or Python)
• Experience in testing: with tools like Jest and Playwright or Cypress
• Ability to work in a cross-functional team, reporting to a various set of stakeholders.
• Strong communication in English, with the ability to work in an international setting. German Language would be a plus.
• Strong programming skills with at least 5+ years of working knowledge in Node and Python will be highly valued
• Proven experience in front-end development, with proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript. Knowledge in frameworks such as Angular or React will be highly valuated.
• Experience managing diverse hosting solutions, currently mostly German server providers.
• Familiarity with marketing tracking tools, including pixels and UTMs, and a strong understanding of GDPR compliance.
• Self-starter with the ability to proactively handle and prioritise multiple tasks and challenges.
• Excellent organisational skills, with experience using tools like Monday for project management.
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly to new tools and technologies, with a willingness to learn and grow
