Reports to

This role reports to the Technical Director

What will you do?

• Manage, mentor and train team of DevOps and Build engineers
• Introduce DevOps practices and methods
• Plan and architect project's staging and production infrastructure
• Career development for the team
• Incident management and troubleshooting
• Ensure 24/7 game clusters operation
• Write documentation and SOPs
• Cooperate with technical and release teams to provide stable and in-time version releases

What are we looking for?

• Experience working as Lead DevOps Engineer, DevOps Team Lead or similar role
• Strong background in Linux administration
• Experience operating high load systems/products in production
• Scripting and/or programming experience with Python and Bash
• Experience building scalable applications with Kubernetes
• Strong experience with public cloud service providers (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Configuration management experience (Ansible, Puppet)
• Knowledge of CI/CD processes and tools (Teamcity, Jenkins)
• Experience building monitoring and logging systems (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK)

What additional skills will help you stand out?

• Experience in operating session-based multiplayer games
• Programming using one of the following languages: Python, Rust, Go
• Working with DevSecOps practices
